“A CTM map that is set in the MS Paint adventure world of Andrew Hussie’s Homestuck.”

This CTM map features the standard hostile CTM series with a heavier open-world adventure learning in which you can freely explore the world. In addition to being a CTM map, SburbCraft can also played in regular survival game, ignoring the rules and enjoying the creation and the apocalypse.

NOTE: Use the Sburb texturepack to gain full map experience.

SburbCraft is a map set in the world(s) of Andrew Hussie’s Homestuck. If you aren’t a follower, you’re missing out on a fantastic piece of work, but you can probably still enjoy the map for what it is, which is a “Complete the Monument” (CTM) style map in the tradition of Vechs’ Super Hostile series but with a heavier open-world adventure leaning, and lighter difficulty in most places. The goal is to gather special blocks from the landscape towards a final goal to build a staircase and Ascend, then complete the final challenge above. The worlds of SburbCraft are large however, and it is 100% suitable as a map to play standard Minecraft survival on, before or after the goals or even ignoring the dungeons entirely.

I really have a couple of issues with this map… I do not know how to use it. I have both the pre 1.6 and the regular 1.6, so I can probably be able to use it. ANYWAY, I keep getting an .RAR file, and I want to actually make it into a form in which I can actually use the darn thing. Help……..?
